Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

- Services: Refunds are available if the service has not yet commenced. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service purchase. Once the service has started, refunds are not available.

2. Refund Timeframes:

- Services: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the approval of the refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Request Process:

- To request a refund, email our customer service team at info@vcaretechnologies.com with your order number and reason for the request. You will receive confirmation of the refund status.

4. Cancellation Procedures:

- Services: Service cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. To cancel, contact our customer service team at support@vcaretechnologies.com.

5. Cancellation Fees:

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Requirements:

- For refunds and cancellations, provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed reason for the request.
